Submissions Assistant

Our client, a leading mid-sized engineering consultancy, requires a Submissions Assistant to join their team based in Rhodes.

In this role you will report to the Submissions and Systems Manager and be involved in a variety of tasks, including the coordination, preparation and tracking of Tenders, quotations and Award submissions.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
  • 5+ years previous relevant administration skills.
  • Experience with graphics software such as Adobe InDesign is favorable, however not essential.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
