Digital Service Representative and Customer Service Representative - Brookvale

Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster.

Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW.

We currently have a number of roles available in Brookvale service centre:

Part time & Full time

Ongoing & Temporary

Digital Service Representative & Customer Service Representative

Salary:

Digital Service Representative; includes a base salary range of ($53,464 - $67,440), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Customer Service Representative; includes a base salary range of ($61,554 - $75,064), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.


These amounts will be pro-rated for part-time hours.

Digital Service Representativesare required to be digitally savvy, passionate about driving digital experience and enjoy engaging customers.

Customer Service Representatives are required to be passionate about delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Both these roles are responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints, whilst maintaining privacy requirements. You will also be comfortable working to KPIs achieving individual and team goals.


To be successful in this role(s) you will have:

  • Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios
  • High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy
  • Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems

Hours of Work:

Part-time role:The hours to be worked according to a rotational/shift-pattern roster: 20 hours a week over 5 days, minimum 4 hours a day, this can include Saturdays. Flexibility is required to work between Service Centres operational hours.
Full-time role: Operational hours are: Monday Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm. Full Time 35 hours per week. This may include Saturdays. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centres operational hours
