PA to Business Manager

This K-12 Christian School is seeking a suitably experienced PA who will be responsible for giving varied administrative support to the Business Manager. 

The successful applicant will have:

  • A high level of initiative, interpersonal skills and well developed organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed MS Word, Outlook and general computer skills
  • Advanced writing and research skills
  • Ability to understand and become proficient with the schools management software
  • Ability to display a very high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Appropriate experience as a Personal Assistant or Paralegal in a legal environment would be desirable
  • Knowledge of company secretarial work is desirable.
