Institute of Public Administration Australia, Victoria (IPAA Victoria) is the not-for-profit professional association for public sector professionals across all three levels of government in Victoria; as well as those in the community, tertiary education and corporate sectors who work with the public sector. About the role
This role will suit a dynamic digital marketing guru who can confidently inject life and innovation into our social media channels.
This role is 5 days a week, 6 month fixed term contract.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in the successful delivery of the new Marketing and Communications Strategy aimed at promoting and embedding IPAA Victoria's new brand, events and courses, by developing vibrant and engaging content (social, video, graphics) through the use of your broad marketing and design skills. Ideally this content will be shareable across a range of channels and be pivotal in raising the profile of our brand, our events and our professional development activities to engage a broader spectrum of audience.

Skills and experience
Degree qualified in marketing, communications graphic design or related fields and/or substantial experience in these areas.
At least two years experience in a service orientated social media role;
Graphic design experience and strong skills and experience using Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Photography and videography editing skills;
Strong content writing skills, research and story structure ability;
Knowledge of SEO principles and proficiency with media analytics, data analysis and reporting;
The core skills of an exceptional communicator and team player;
Organised with great time management skills, the ability to juggle a busy workload and prioritise, and exceptional stakeholder management.
