We are a mid-sized, family-run gym established for nearly 40 years in the heart of Surry Hills and we are known for our down-to-earth atmosphere. Some of our staff have been with us for over 20 years! We are committed to serving our local community.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can work well on their own, as well as part of a team. Working a Tuesday-Saturday week, including early mornings and evenings. You will be the first point of contact for members and potential members.This is a hands-on, varied role and includes duties such as:

  • general reception skills
  • membership sales
  • current member management
  • office administration

Initially casual, full-time will be offered to the right candidate. Annual base salary plus commission on sales. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the fitness industry and running a medium-sized business. If you have an excellent phone manner, attention to detail, a genuine interest in fitness (knowledge of squash an added bonus) and customer service experience then this role is for you.
