The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to be a part of our Major Works, Engineering and Maintenance team within Sydney Trains. This position plays a key role in providing business and administration support to management and ensuring the delivery of quality service levels are maintained for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a tech savvy exemplary candidate who has significant experience in successfully providing business and administration support with minimal supervision to executive management in a highly complex organisation. You will have superior communication & stakeholder management experience with proven ability to effectively plan & organise conflicting priorities to meet strict deadlines and deal with highly confidential matters in a professional manner.

The role will report directly into the associate director whilst supporting various service managers.
