The Opportunity - Competency Assurance Specialist (Trainer)
If you are a Competency Assurance Specialist with a background in oil and gas I have the job for you!!
You will be joining one of the largest oil and gas companies in the WORLD, on initially a 12-18 month contract working a 14/14 roster.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Undertake training framework current state gap assessments Develop the design and delivery of workforce training and assessment activities Ensure the design and development of training and assessment activities are in compliance with all safety and environmental standards
Skills and Experience:
Production Technician knowledge development Production Technician skills development LNG industry training best practices Competency demonstration and validation techniques
Prior experience in shore side LNG/LPG carrier handling & mooring operations
