Team up with your friends as you fight a zombie apocalypse, explore lost worlds, or solve out of this world mind bending puzzles together. And share the stories afterwards.

The Role

"Forward facing," razor sharp, customer focus and excellent communication skills are a must! You will play a crucial part in growing Freak VR as a "must do" activity. We are looking for people who are gaming enthusiasts and have a "tech" mindset. You will also be required to set up, trouble shoot and ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

Objectives

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with everything you do
  • Drive sales and revenue with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Help to establish Freak VR as a "must do" in each market
  • Positively promote the business, with every customer interaction

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a dynamic team
  • Be punctual and take pride in your appearance
  • Cash handling skills
  • Telephone etiquette

We're looking for

The successful candidate will be a high energy individual, with solid experience in:

  • A high volume environment with a rotating roster, that can include early mornings, weekends and evenings
  • Customer service background, with relevant experience in the activity, leisure, gaming, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or retail industries
  • A passion for our type of business - introducing something new and amazing to people
  • Bonus points if you are a passionate gamer using Steam and/or active on Twitch and Discourse.
