The purpose of this position to manage all Supply Chain related product lifecycle management processes. This role will drive standardisation and optimisation of New Product Introduction and Material Discard processes, to ensure accuracy and completeness of Master Data and facilitate better flow of materials to minimise inventory write offs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own New Product Introduction (NPS) and Phase-In/Phase-Out processes for ANZ Supply Chain

Own and manage processes for management and/or maintenance of master data.

Chair Materials Review Board and ensure accountability in decision-making and issue resolution.

Own and manage discards process including analyzing trends to identify potential improvements or savings.

Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification of PLM processes and drive their implementation.

Engage and liaise with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Finance partners to drive accountability of stock movements, inventory exposure and related action plans.

Work with Regional Master Data Management group to ensure appropriate standards are applied.

Essential Skills and Experience

At least 5+ years of experience in a data driven insights and process optimisation role.

Proven experience with inventory management processes.

Working knowledge of master data management processes and financial/supply chain platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in English Language

Desirable Skills and Experience

Lean Six Sigma Belt certification

Experience in Healthcare industry

Experience of corporate business environments and stakeholder engagement.
