For three generations, we have kept tradition at our heart, brewing to traditional recipes, using time-honoured methods and the best quality ingredients. Guided by the rule, if its worth brewing; its worth brewing well, we brew our drinks over three days to capture the refreshing taste of ginger and Bundabergs other real ingredients inside every bottle. Our Ginger Beer is still craft-brewed in the Australian town that shares its name to a traditional recipe, using locally-sourced ginger.
To continue sharing our story, we now have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative Marketing Brand Manager looking after our entire portfolio across Australian and New Zealand.
Supported by the General Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating consumer demand for the Bundaberg Brand through creative storytelling and media communication. You will plan, create and manage the communications and product initiatives working with agencies and other key stakeholders to bring the Bundaberg Story to life.
Your enthusiasm and drive to grow our brands will be executed through:
- Coordinating media and PR for new product initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing budgets across social media, communication, sponsorships and other marketing channels.
- Project manage campaigns, launches and other promotions in conjunction with agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (R&D, Sales, Innovation, Strategy and Supply Chain) on key projects, initiatives and promotions
- Create and deliver marketing presentations to communicate key messages.
This rare opportunity is located in our Coorparoo, Sales and Marketing office in Brisbane. The opportunity requires regular visits to our origins in Bundaberg as well as other domestic and international travel.

Your 8 or more years of creative marketing experience coupled with your superior communication capability and years of agency experience will enable you to passionately build the value of our portfolio through growing consumer engagement.
