Your role

We are going through exciting times at GETCapital and due to business growth, we are seeking a hands on Team Leader that can drive performance outcomes and take ownership of their division. You will be working in a contact centre environment leading a newly formed team of Relationship Managers.

You will be the coach - working with the team to take them to the next level! You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects including our digitalisation project and utilise data to drive business outcomes and process improvement. If you have a strong people management track record in a sales and service environment and looking to work in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you. 

Step up and work in a fast-paced, high-growth business - take ownership, be accountable and cut the red tape. You will be able to work to simple methodologies that enhances customers experience.

What you will do

  • Driving accountability across the Acquisition Relationship Management team whilst coaching and developing them to be super stars of our business
  • Working with management to develop KPIs whilst monitoring performance
  • Ensuring the team is meeting outbound sales targets whilst maintaining a high standard of service
  • Be part of bringing in exceptional talent into your team and managing their success
  • Working and collaborating with other teams to ensure best practice
  • Process improvement you will make improvements and changes that will help us kick some goals.

About you

  • 2 + years working in a similar role within Call Centre/Telemarketing/Phone Sales environment
  • Experience within Financial Services preferred however not essential
  • Proven track record of managing high performing teams
  • Experience in developing and tracking KPIs
  • Wanting to work with change including making improvements and identifying the gaps.
