The successful applicant will receive:

  • A base salary of between $70-75K (depending on experience) + Super + Car (or allowance)+ Bonuses

Position in a nut shell:

Sales Executive - the forefront of the business, maintaining relationships and gaining traction with new clientele, including Architects, Builders, Developers and Installers. This will be an end-to-end role, with the backing of an experienced in-house project management and design team. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the hiring manager, manage an existing pipeline of major projects
  • Learn how to organize and conduct cpd presentations
  • Engage and influence key architects, designers, specifiers, builders, installers
  • Learning how to best manage the expectations of builders and installers on site
  • Leverage BCI and internal tools for project tracking and information
  • Drive deeper relationships with an existing key client portfolio
  • Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
  • Provide market feedback for input into further product development

 

 Ideal Experience:

  • field sales experience from the building materials space (realistically 1-3 years)
  • Further education / tertiary qualifications
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
  • A sponge like personality - keen to absorb and learn new ideas
  • Interested in learning how to influence and challenge architects / designers / builders / installers
