Centurion Healthcare is a busy medical specialist clinic group looking for an experienced full time bookkeeper and office administrator to assist in the day to day running of the business.

The role involves:

  • Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
  • Inventory management and suppliers reconciliation EOM
  • Assisting with Payroll 
  • Assisting with preparation of Quarterly BAS
  • Follow up outstanding debtors
  • Reconcile bank statements against daily report
  • Credit card reconciliation and expense claim processing
  • Data entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
  • Use of Xero bookkeeping and liaising with Practice Manager and Accountant
  • All reporting including month end / year end tasks

Applicants must possess:

  • Solid bookkeeping experience - Xero preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Microsoft word and email
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise as well as work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously
