Client Services Administrator

Looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join the team of a well-established Accounting firm in Melbourne. This very supportive and stable business are looking for someone who is energetic and can add value to their high performing team.

Key requirements

  • All areas of customer service and administration
  • General office administration such as scanning, filing, archiving, etc.
  • ATO Correspondence (essential)
  • Assist in the processing of corporate secretarial work including new company registrations, ASIC changes, Annual reviews etc. (essential)
  • Managing workflow within the team
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and documents necessary
  • Scheduling and booking internal and external meetings
  • Lodgement of tax returns
  • Preparing client collations 

Personal Attributes

  • Minimum of 2 years experience gained in an Administrator role within an Accounting Practice (essential)
    Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of XERO or MYOB
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Professional presentation
  • Process driven
