Centennial Park Automotives is a busy mechanic workshop located near Sydney CBD is looking for enthusiastic person to join the team as Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

The Role:

  • Answering and distributing telephone calls
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Organising customer bookings
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Maintaining presentation of reception
  • Data entry
  • Item returns
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Processing payments
  • Record Keeping
  • All general duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant
  • Customer Focused and Service Oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
