We are looking for dedicated trainers to join our growing team. As a trainer, you will provide students the opportunity to maximise their learning potential and achieve or enhance their ability to perform plumbing tasks.
If you are looking for an opportunity where you will work as part of a team of dedicated trainers, wanting to achieve your personal best by helping others, this may be the right opportunity for you.
Trainers only do 1 or 2 days a week at the College and this allows you to remain as a contractor or registered plumber.
Trainer RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Supervising theory and practical training activities
Administering, marking examinations and counselling students on their performance, behaviour and personal challenges
As a trainer, you will have the knowledge to train students and be comfortable with teaching various hand and technical skills such as water, sanitary, drainage, gasfitting and roof plumbing
You must have or be willing to get valid training credentials. Assistance is available to assist you in obtaining your training qualification.
Don't bury yourself, help train the next generation of plumbers. Training is not as complicated as it looks!
At M P A Training, we continue to offer the traditional full plumbing qualification including roof plumbing.
As a trainer, you will receive all support documents, notes, videos and support materials to allow you to commence training from day one.
Young apprentices need strong industry trainers to pass on the knowledge and skills that are currently applied in the workplace.
