Receptionist

Wealth Management Partners is a privately owned Financial Planning Practice that provides a wide range of financial services to our growing client base and is situated in our modern offices in Burswood.

This role will see you working closely with our team of Financial Planners and Associates with direct support to our Operations Manager.  The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
 
Key responsibilities:
Meet and Greet Clients
Assist in Client Appointment Bookings and Preparation
General Office Support (filing, photocopying, scanning)
Database Management
Project Work
 
Key requirements:
Completion of Year 12
Working towards or have obtained Certificate in Business Administration
Microsoft Office Skills
The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and prioritising skills
Current Drivers License
Ability to start immediately
