Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Fashion luxury

My client is a multi brand luxury fashion business looking for a a Marketing digital Manager to help with marketing strategies to help sell and bring brand awareness to the VIP and global community .... a very exciting opportunity  for the right person !!! 




As Head of e-Commerce and Digital Marketing you are creative and results orientated. You have a passion for luxury and multi-brand retail, and a desire to contribute to an evolving successful business. You will lead and develop your online team and strive for operational excellence. 


With your knowledge of digital marketing, e-Commerce and customer service, as well as your experience managing a team you with drive sales, marketing plans and direct your team on providing an unforgettable customer-service experience. As a true motivator, you will oversee the development of all team members, ensuring exceptional results. 




  • In collaboration with the Management Team, you will develop and execute the business e-Commerce strategy
  • You will develop, train and manage the e-Commerce team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service standards  
  • You will implement processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence within the e-Commerce team  
  • You will manage your teams daily performance, including recruitment and performance management when required 
  • You will analyse and track e-Commerce results and performance 
  • You will report weekly on e-Commerce performance, and identify opportunities for sales growth, increasing conversion, traffic and improving the customer experience 
  • With your team, you are responsible for managing all website content, including product imports, promotions and markdowns, merchandising, homepage updates, marketing, blog and other content pages. 
  • You will oversee the complete customer service experience to ensure all enquiries are responded to and resolved within business guidelines
  • You will ensure e-Commerce stock is organised and accounted for, including overseeing warehouse maintenance and stocktakes


Digital Marketing 

  • In collaboration with the Management Team, you will develop and execute the digital marketing strategy 
  • You will develop the EDM Calendar and oversee and approve any digital marketing communications including EDMs. 
  • You will analyse and track database growth and identify opportunities to grow the database and customer reach 
  • You will oversee Google Ad Words, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics to achieve sales growth 
  • With your team, you will execute all e-commerce shoots and content shoots used for any content marketing 
  • You will oversee all Instagram and social media content and posting 



Essential Skills and Requirements 


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably multi-brand 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Experience with Shopify 

      Experience in database segmentation, email automation and campaign coordination

      Proven ability to drive online sales and traffic and evaluate multi-source data and draw trends

      Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and to company deadlines
