Fulltime Receptionist/Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

  • Experienced receptionist/administrator sought for role north of river
  • Xero and bookkeeping experience essential
  • Fulltime Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm.
    Some 8am starts required to cover other staff leave

A busy, growing Commercial Air Conditioning company in Wangara seeking a highly skilled administrator to join the team

The role involves:

  • General administration and reception duties
  • Logging service calls
  • Scheduling technicians workload and general diary management
  • Inputting jobs in Xero
  • Invoicing jobs in Xero
  • Managing Projects within Xero
  • Fortnightly payroll
  • BAS and IAS lodgement
  • Banking
  • Maintaining the filing and archiving system
  • Operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Debtor and creditor management
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Support Managers and technicians
  • Parts and inventory ordering

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing all aspects of Xero
  • Minimum 2 years experience in superannuation and payroll and BAS
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-developed organisation skills
  • Proven purchase order and invoicing management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and quality customer service
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Australian resident
