PD Painting Services is a long-established family-owned and operated company specialising in all types of residential and commercial painting and decorating solutions. We are based in Condell Park. Our company is seeking an experienced Office Manager on a part-time basis to manage all aspects of the day to day running of the office.

Managing all daily administrative operations such as creating and analysing office processes and procedures, data management, correspondence, supply requisitions and equipment procurement.
Monitoring financial activity by preparing invoices, tracking account payments, processing payroll and entering sales data into MYOB as well as liaising with external accountant to ensure financial reporting requirements are met.
Preparing weekly sales summaries and reports to track achievement of sales objectives.
Assisting in managing the recruitment process of all permanent employees.
Liaising with clients and customers to build relationships.
Previous experience in either Office Management or Administration.
Well presented, organised, efficient and able to develop good working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task with superior time management skills and capable of working autonomously.
Flexible and adaptable with an outgoing personality and proven customer service skills.
Strong work ethic.
Knowledge of Tradify or similar trade management software desired but not essential.
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office and MYOB applications.
