Opportunity exists to join a friendly busy boutique residential conveyancing legal practice.
Previous experience in an administration role within a legal firm and/or a conveyancing role is not essential as full training will be provided.
Duties will initially include:
Inputting contract data;
Requesting property searches;
Preparing precedent letters;
Liaising with real estate agents, banks & other parties;
General office reception and administration duties.
Opportunity to progress into paralegal role and build a long term career in property conveyancing managing files and consulting with clients.
