Office Administration and marketing Assistant

An exciting part time or full time position has arisen for administration and marketing assistant to join a high profile Energy and Engineering company operating from Melbourne. The role provides administrative  and marketing support to the Managing Director and Engineering Staff to ensure the effective and smooth running of day to day operations.

The successful candidate must have good experience in the use of Microsoft suite, have great communication skills (both written and verbal) with marketing flair. The candidate should be well organised and willingness to learn and good in customer relation.

As the first point of contact you will be well presented, bright and bubbly. This position would be well suited for a matured person in an office environment. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Proficiency in MS office Suit
  • accounting software
  • Ensuring the successful operation of day to day operations
  • Liaise with company staff, contractors and clients to identify and respond to client needs
  • Coordinate, administer and maintain company records
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Secretarial work
  • Maintaining documents, reports and sales data
  • Assist in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments

Australian drivers licence and own vehicle are required for this role.

Appropriate remuneration will be negotiated based upon experience and qualifications.
