Blue Star PROMOTE is currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support individual to join our team based in South Granville. Our Business works in a fast paced environment underpinned by a winning and enjoyable culture. The ideal candidate will be working alongside and supporting an existing Account Management team and State Sales Manager to assist in delivering promotional product based deliverables for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting the sales team on quoting and delivering world-class promotional solutions
- Managing project requests to ensure client needs are met
- Issue management with internal teams and clients
- Managing clients replenishment orders and online solutions
- General administration and team support
Key requirements to be considered are:
- Self-motivated, well presented, disciplined and methodical
- High level of communication skills with a can do attitude
- Previous experience in assisting high performing Account Management teams
- Promotional products industry experience is desired but not necessary
- Competent working in Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
