ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to implement a new time and attendance system. This is a twelve month contract with the opportunity to progress to a full time role.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive and the Finance Director, you will play a lead role in the implementation of the new system. You will be required to work with both the corporate team in implementing
The role is based in Leichhardt, Sydney but will involve travel to the Groups hospitals.
Project Management for the implementation of Workforce Dimensions Kronos System. Lead, guide and coach the MHC project team members to meet project deliverables aligned to required timeframes.
Work with the solution teams consultants to gather business requirements, insights and make recommendations on appropriate solutions.
Deliver training to MHC project team members and ensure they are adequately equipped to train the end users in the Business Units (Managers, Employees and Time Administrators).
Ensure the MHC Hospitals are equipped to manage change effectively throughout the project is a key component of this role.
Play an integral role as an implementation specialist for internal technology and infrastructure teams to deliver technical changes required for the Work Force Dimensions application.
Participate in daily operational reviews with 3rd party consultants, providing coaching and advice to the project team members where required.
Ability to achieve results by establishing clear plans and timeframes for project implementation that detail tasks, milestones, project inter-dependencies and critical path issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. In particular, ability to communicate with influence and to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
Previous experience in the project coordination and management, and the implementation of time and attendance and work force management systems is essential
A proven capacity in project planning and the ability to share knowledge and work as part of a team.
A knowledge of payroll systems (ideally Micropay Meridian) and time and attendance systems (ideally Kronos).
Financial accounting experience in multi-site operations business.
