Based on the north side of Sydney, my client has positioned themselves at a point in the healthcare market where demand for their product range will continue to increase. With a number of projects happening, relating to new and unique products and offerings, it's a great place to be and a great culture to be part of.
As a result of a retirement, there is an opportunity now to join a small team in this great business. Your responsibilities will include:-
Promotion of several product categories to current customers, via regular phone calls (50 to 60 outbound calls per day)
Identifying and investigating potential future customers
Ongoing management of customer relationships
Educating customers on the clinical application and benefit of the products
Updating the CRM system
You will become part of a friendly and supportive environment with working hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
To be considered, it is expected that you will have experience working in a customer service or telephone sales capacity and have good keyboard skills.
Experience using Microsoft software such as Word and Excel is expected. Although not essential, it would be beneficial if you have previously worked with SAP.
You must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident with extremely good English communication skills, both verbal and written, to apply.
