Our Finance team, based at our Macquarie Park Head Office, has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Vehicle Fleet Controller, You will be a key Figure in a strong and close-knit team. Joining one of Australias most loved car companies and progressive brands, managing the full life cycle of our Corporate Vehicle Fleet.
About the role
Responsibility for the national company vehicle fleet
Manage new car ordering and replacement of all company vehicles
Coordinate the registration of vehicles
Manage the full life cycle of the fleet including delivery preparation, service schedules, repair quotations, return and replacement to schedule through to disposal.
Oversea the processing of tolls and infringements
Analyse fleet utilisation, providing accurate reporting on all aspects of fleet expenditure
Manage and process purchase orders, cost recharging, fuel cads, vehicle transportation,
Ensure fleet costs are managed to budget
Accurate record keeping of all vehicle documentation
Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of our new fleet management system
Completed tertiary education
Experience in fleet management and administration either corporate or rental
Understanding of vehicle repair costing
Demonstrated experience in vehicle disposal would be highly regarded
Attention to detail
Sound proficiency in database handling, analysis and reporting
Strong analytical skills, research capabilities and overall business acumen required.
Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can do attitude with a proactive approach to fleet management
Strong interpersonal skills - a demonstrated ability to interact confidently with a range of stakeholders
A true team player, energised with a can do attitude, with a focus on business improvement
