Norship Marine is currently seeking a Production Planner to join the team.
ABOUT THE OFFER
Norship is seeking a technically minded person to fulfil the role of Production Planner. Ideally the person will have suitable experience in maintenance planning, with a technical trade background, not necessarily in the marine industry, however this would be well regarded. Persons looking to move up from a trade background are encouraged to apply.
Previous exposure and a willing to excel in the use of Microsoft programs including Microsoft Project is essential, and the ability to work on tasks autonomously and being able to progress through heavy workloads will be a key requirement.
You will be a self motivated and driven planner with the ability to work well in a close knit team, as well as solo. You will find liaising with different departments a breeze and enjoy a challenge!
Understanding of commercial constraints is required, as well as the ability to work within tight time frames.
Quality communication skills are a must.
Successful candidates will undergo and pass drug & alcohol screening.
