AusPac Ingredients is seeking to appoint a full time Supply Chain Assistant, an exciting opportunity requiring a highly organised and meticulous candidate.
Reporting to the Supply Chain and Business Systems Manager, our new Supply Chain Assistant will be responsible for working with AusPac staff to successfully perform data entry tasks relating to imports and purchases, manage purchase orders, supply contracts, and process documentation, among other responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and be highly skilled in client service and working as part of an efficient and effective team. They will maintain a high level of professional communication with all stakeholders, and manage their workload effectively in the face of competing priorities.
Applicants must have:
Demonstrated ability to work both in teams and autonomously, whilst communicating information effectively to colleagues;
Outstanding interpersonal skills;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrable experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as MYOB;
Demonstrated resilience and ability to work with competing priorities, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to be flexible in high-pressure scenarios, and able to adapt quickly and efficiently to change;
Demonstrated ability to complete repetitive data entry work with a high level of accuracy.
