Administration Assistant

About the Role:

A unique opportunity has become available for a highly driven and professional administrator to join our global financial services client based in Sydney CBD. You will be supporting a progressive and driven Account Development team within the companys foreign exchange business unit. As the successful candidate, you will be professional, driven with a high attention to detail, managing several key responsibilities at once.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers pre and post-transaction processing requests
  • Delegate complex queries to the correct point of contact
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Answer incoming customer calls and manage basic requests such as resetting passwords, updating customer details, order status, etc
  • Inbox management
  • Customer follow ups via email and phone

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative focused role
  • Ability to work as part of a progressive and dynamic team
  • Driven and innovative with a focus on business process improvements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a great attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to manage several systems at once
  • Strong focus on client and customer delivery and excellence
