Stewart Automotive Group is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager for our hightly successful Toyota Dealership in Sutherland.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this role is responsible for the following:
Driving the financial performance of the New Vehicle Sales division which includes supporting a team of Sales Consultants to meet their sales targets
Ensuring the customer service standards are being adhered to on a daily basis,
Training staff to enhance overall front line performance
Assisting with the sales process to ensure positive outcomes for the department including assisting with and approving retail quotes
Working in partnership with the business managers and aftermarket team to meet dealership targets
Management reporting and general adhoc requirements to ensure all vehicle delivery deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in sales management in the automotive industry, you will have exceptional people management skills and an excellent understanding of how to drive a team of sales people to achieve financial and volume targets, be sales focused, career driven and have exceptional presentation.
